Hope Cancer Care of Nevada
Hope Cancer Care of Nevada (HCCN) strives to advocate for and amplify the voices of patients to protect access to community-based cancer care. That’s why the Las Vegas-area practice launched its CPAN chapter in 2023, bringing critical advocacy resources and education to patients in the state of Nevada.
HCCN provides more than 1,300 patients high-quality, patient-centered care each year. Led by Dr. Raja Mehdi, HCCN ensures patients have access to innovative, convenient, and affordable cancer care, along with support to navigate the numerous challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis. HCCN provides patients financial assistance, offers support groups, and hosts community fundraisers to support survivors and patients in need.
As Nevada’s first CPAN chapter, HCCN will honor survivors and stand side-by-side with patients, expanding its advocacy efforts to support community oncology at the local, state, and federal levels. With CPAN’s educational resources, advocacy events, and policy intelligence, HCCN will continue to provide patients opportunities to stand up for community cancer care.
