Don T.

Caregiver

My wife, Pat, was diagnosed in 2004 with early-stage breast cancer; began treatment in early 2005 at Northwest Georgia Oncology Center. During this time, my career job of thirty years came unexpectedly to an end. Although I may have been unemotionally available for a few weeks, I was able to witness firsthand the confidence Pat had in the Center and her doctors from the first meeting with Dr. Andrews.

I will be eternally grateful to the doctors and staff at the Center. If this setting was not available so close to home, the commute and the fear of the unknown most certainly would have impacted Pat’s treatment and recovery in a negative way.
