Our Local CPAN Chapters

  • Fort Wayne Medical Oncology and Hematology

Not everyone knows the value of community oncology and what sets it apart from other care settings. That’s why Fort Wayne Medical Oncology and Hematology (FWMOH) joined CPAN. They saw the opportunity to join forces with like-minded community oncology advocates across the country and share how care teams deliver quality, affordable care to patients in need.

  • Genesis Cancer and Blood Institute

Genesis Cancer Center offers affordable, convenient care to thousands of patients in Central Arkansas. Experience over the last 30 years has drawn Genesis to a patient-centered care delivery model. For example, Genesis asks friendly staff to answer every incoming patient phone call instead of relying on an automated system for appointment booking and other services.

  • Hematology-Oncology Associates of Central New York

Storytelling is a powerful experience. That’s why Hematology-Oncology Associates of Central New York (HOA) offers federal policymakers the chance to experience and understand a “day in the life” of a patient with cancer. This advocacy experience – formally known as the “Sit in My Chair” program – bridges the conversation between patients with cancer and their elected representatives.
